Write for us
Sprout Syntax welcomes thoughtful pitches about learning through small experiments, everyday materials, observation, and making. Send proposals through the Contact page rather than submitting a finished article without agreement.
What makes a strong pitch
Describe one clear question and the reader who might care about it. Explain the central idea, what a reader could safely observe or make, and why the topic suits Sprout Syntax. A useful pitch has a distinct angle rather than a broad promise to cover a whole subject.
Keep it within reach
We favour proposals that use ordinary materials, avoid unnecessary purchases, and explain the limits of what a simple test can show. Do not pitch safety-critical repairs, hazardous processes, or advice that depends on professional judgment or local rules.
How to send it
Use the Contact page, choose the editorial option, and include a working title, a short summary, the proposed category, and any relevant experience or interests you wish to share. A pitch is a proposal, not a promise of publication.
A small test can open a bigger question
We value experiments that begin within reach: a clear question, materials already at hand, and enough attention to learn from the result.
